Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following:
Returns Policy
Non balloon items
You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or dislike your choice. You will need to provide proof of payment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Inflated balloons and arrangements
You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or dislike your choice. You will need to provide proof of payment.
We will take prompt action to address issues that are reported no later than 3 days after delivery. After this deadline no replacements, refunds, or credits will be issued. In order for us to provide a replacement or refund, we require that a photograph of the balloons be emailed to sales@partyfrenzy.com.au with a note providing the order number.
We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or adjusted after a successful delivery.
Delivery & Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For balloon deliveries, our target arrival time is your nominated time with 30 minutes leeway wither side. Sometimes deliveries can be behind schedule due to un expected road closures and traffic accidents. We will contact you if we are going to be outside the nominated +/- 30 minute window.
Cancellations
For purchases under $300
The deadline to modify or cancel and order is 9am, Perth, Western Australia Time, two days prior to delivery.
Orders cancelled or changed after this deadline will not be refunded.
For purchases over $300
For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am, Perth, Western Australia Time, 7 days prior to delivery.
Requests received after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge ranging from 20% to 100% of the order value, with the amount determined by Party Frenzy to ensure we cover the cost of stock purchases.
How to cancel an order
Please send your request by email to sales@partyfrenzy.com.au and call us on 0433 924 927 and leave a message. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email.
Extreme weather policy
In the event of forecast extreme/severe weather (ie bush fire, high winds, storms etc), we will contact you at least 1 day prior to either confirm, cancel or re-schedule your order.
Party Frenzy is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on the delivery date.
If Party frenzy is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
